Cristie’s dedicated support team are on hand to assist full and trial users.
All Cristie software purchased from IBM or through other Cristie partners includes 12 months of software maintenance from Cristie. Software maintenance provides users with free upgrades to the latest releases of the software, as well as free technical support by phone and email.
Cristie will also provide assistance in setting up and testing software for evaluation purposes or for a proof of concept.
