All CBMR and TBMR software purchased from IBM or other Cristie partners includes 12 months of software maintenance from Cristie. Software maintenance provides users with free upgrades to the latest current releases of the software as well as free technical support by phone and email.
Cristie will also provide help and assistance in setting up and testing the software for evaluation purposes or for a proof of concept.
**Severity 1 issues are defined as: A production server failure, cannot perform recovery or actual loss of data occuring.
