Cristie Software Limited was formed in December 2007 when it de-merged from the rest of the Cristie group. Software development is carried out by its development team in Stroud, Gloucestershire, UK as well as by its wholly owned subsidiary in Bangalore, India. Cristie also has offices in Germany and Sweden.
